🍋 MEALS FOR ONE: LEMON WHITEFISH WITH ROASTED FENNEL SLAW

This one is for anyone who thinks fennel isn’t for them. I roast it in the oven first until it’s crunchy and flavorful, then top flaky whitefish with a buttery sauce of lemon, garlic, and capers. A little salad on the side and dinner is done in about 25 minutes. Batman has opinions about the fish. I’ll let you find out what they are.

A small group of our VIP members joined me to talk about Atmosphere by Taylor Jenkins Reid, and I got teary more than once. We shared our favorite passages, argued about Barbara (some of us are still angry), and a real rocket scientist weighed in on the space stuff. And I tell the group what we’re reading next.
